UNIVERSITY RELEASE — Originally published by Ole Miss Athletics, Oct. 18, 2026.

Ole Miss closed its 2026 home schedule Sunday afternoon at the Ole Miss Soccer Stadium, and Oklahoma scored six — three of them inside a two-minute, 14-second stretch early in the second half. Maizy Kluksdal got the Rebels on the board in the 55th minute for her first goal of the season. Ole Miss falls to 7-9 overall and 0-8 in the SEC; Oklahoma moves to 11-3-2 and 5-3.

How It Happened

Kayla Keefer converted a penalty kick at 7:00 for the first goal of the afternoon, then set up Narissa Fults at 14:07. Fults struck again at 21:50, and Oklahoma carried a 3-0 lead to the half.

The second half came apart faster. Keefer scored at 48:02, Elle Canty followed at 49:48, and Keefer completed her hat trick at 50:16 off a Fults assist — three goals in 2:14 of match time. Kluksdal answered at 54:59, with Peyton Dyess picking up her first assist of the season.

Who Did It

  • Maizy Kluksdal — the Rebels’ goal at 54:59, her first of the season
  • Peyton Dyess — the assist on it, her first of the season
  • Taylor Prigge — all 90 minutes in goal and five saves

The Margins

Oklahoma outshot Ole Miss 16-8, but the number that matters is what got through: the Sooners put 11 of their 16 on frame, the Rebels one of eight. Prigge faced 11 shots on goal and saved five of them. Oklahoma’s keeper was not asked to make a save all afternoon.

Oklahoma also took seven corner kicks to Ole Miss’s two and committed 14 fouls to the Rebels’ seven.

Up Next

The Rebels hit the road to Kentucky on Friday, Oct. 23. Kickoff is 6:30 p.m. CT on SEC Network+.
