Ole Miss won six of seven opening-round singles matches at the ITA Southern Regional Championships in Baton Rouge, then came out of the Round of 32 with four players still alive: Andrea Nova, Alice Soulie, Alice Battesti and Riley Crowder.
Round of 64
Three Rebels needed three sets to get out of the first round. Lena Thomas Iglesias had the longest afternoon of the group, dropping a first-set tiebreak to South Alabama’s Isabella Pisarczyk, running away with the second 6-1, and closing it out in another tiebreak.

- Ichino Horikawa def. Leena Metwally (Troy), 2-6, 6-2, 6-3
- Alice Battesti def. Mathilde Delaney (North Alabama), 6-2, 7-6 (7-1)
- Riley Crowder def. Salome Fluri (McNeese State), 3-6, 6-2, 6-2
Sarah Victoria Majesty Nita was the one Rebel out, falling to Troy’s Lamiss Haouas 2-6, 6-4, 6-4 after taking the opening set.
Round of 32
LSU accounted for both Ole Miss losses in the second round and absorbed one of its own. Battesti beat the Tigers’ Dora Miskovic 6-2, 6-0, while Nada Fouad ended Thomas Iglesias’s run and Tegan Bush edged Horikawa in a second-set tiebreak.

- Nada Fouad (LSU) def. Lena Thomas Iglesias, 6-3, 6-3
- Tegan Bush (LSU) def. Ichino Horikawa, 6-0, 7-6 (7-5)
Nova and Crowder were the most emphatic of the four, losing two games between them across their second-round matches. The release reports no doubles results.
