WEST POINT, Miss. — No. 20 Ole Miss women’s golf posted a 7-over 295 on Tuesday at Old Waverly Golf Club and will begin the final round of The Ally in second place.
Even Par Through 36 Holes
The Rebels stand at even-par 576 through two rounds, five strokes behind Oklahoma State. Mississippi State is third at 4-over 580.
Herman Is Third Individually
Lisa Herman is the highest-placed Rebel, sitting third at 4-under 140 after an even-par 72 in the second round. The freshman begins Wednesday two strokes behind individual leader Louise Depadt of Oklahoma State.
Miller Posts the Day’s Best Rebel Round
Mary Miller carded Ole Miss’s low round of the day, a 1-under 71 that improved on her Monday score by eight strokes. She moved into a tie for 45th at 6-over 150.
Svarvar, Björkman and Lundqvist
Kajsalotta Svarvar is tied for 17th at 2-over 146 after rounds of 69 and 77. Matilda Björkman and Ebba Lundqvist are each tied for 32nd at 4-over 148, both posting matching rounds of 72 and 76.
